Garden Sunshine is a 8" bell-shaped pepper that has a creamy yellow color before turning orange, and then red. They are dependable, and best when harvested while yellow.

Green Jalapenos have a more mild flavor and are popular for Tex-Mex dishes and pickling. With this variety, you can feel the heat but it doesn't overpower your dish. This 3 inch variety starts dark green, but if you leave it on the vine, it will turn a fiery red color.
